CARPET CLEANING.Jim, the one who did the job was extremely professional. First he was extremely patient with me. I had to empty the floor. And some area was unable to find space ,but he worked around the items perfectly. He was very kind , professional and helpful. He worked fast and the results is mind blowing. I am extremely surprised to see my carpet. Unfortunately I do not have the before,but I can assure you the AFTER picture are absolutely fantastic,as if my carpet was new. I have 4 children and Jim took the time to explain after care especially if the children needs to walk. Those high traffic areas are so clean,I can't even point out where it was . I definitely and ABSOLUTELY recommend this company. But honestly Jim was by far the most respectful, professional I have encountered. Thank you Jim . Thank you so very MUCH. ~ judy m
We had an incident with dog poo on our cream coloured carpet. I messaged online immediately and the following morning got a response saying they could have someone out first thing the next day. The gentleman came and was so friendly. I explained to him that we had a previous red nail polish stain that I wasn’t expecting to be removed and he went to work on cleaning the carpets. He informed me he was done and that he was actually able to remove the nail polish that I had assumed was going to be there forever! With having a dog and two kids our carpets have been pretty trashed over the last few years and we have had two previous companies come in to clean them. Both times we have been left with stains and carpets that looked drab. This time the carpets looked brand new! I am so happy with the results obviously and will be using them again FOR SURE! ~ Laura S
Canada unified service are great at what they do and they are affordable. A vent cleaning company bailed on us last minute and Amber was super helpful in arranging vent and furnace cleaning for us last minute and over the weekend. The technicians came on time, were very professional and went out of their way to even fix a few loose vents for us! We used their deep carpet cleaning service as well. The person who came by was very friendly and knowledgeable (with 35 years of experience)! We were moving in and the previous owners had left exceptionally dirty carpets so he had to work extra hours to get every inch done and they didn’t even charge us more. I’m so thankful to this company for helping us. Will be recommending to everyone I know! ~ Deeksha P
